Teapot measures 6 inches tall x 5 inches wide x 7 1/2 inches wide at the handle and spout and holds 14oz
Each cup is about 2 1/2 inches tall x 3 inches wide and holds about 6oz
This is a very special tea set! Perfect for those who love a little storytelling with their tea...
Wrapped around the base of the teapot lurk some mischievous crabs that might like to join in a cup of tea, or is perhaps guarding the tea? Whatever the story this teapot is perfect for one person or two to share.
The lid of the teapot features a little hook to hang the tea bag or tea ball from. This is a steeping teapot - not meant to place directly on the stove. Place the tea bag in the teapot, fill with water just off the boil and let steep.
Wheel thrown from stoneware, each crab has been added and sculpted with clay. The texture peeks through the glossy turquoise glaze. Each cup has faceted walls, making for a nice grip and feel in the hand.
