Luckily these lamps are here to help us say these things!
One side features a lamp leaning in towards the other, on the other side the message is written out.
Wheel thrown from porcelain, the design has been hand drawn with black underglaze and tiny “lamp light” yellow highlights. The satin clear glaze is smooth and barely glossy, and creates the feathery slightly runny look to the lines.
